In the past few years, the world has experienced exponential change. Companies now face a global economy where they must act quicker and be more agile in order to survive.  CEOs have recognized that organizations that include HR professionals in their strategic conversations benefit greatly. With the current uncertain and complex business environment, including the impact of the COVID pandemic, the role of HR is more important than ever.

What do these new HR leaders look like?  No longer are they just HR administrators pushing policies and procedures, they are looking at the bottom line.  Planning skills, vision and a strong business operations mindset are skills needed for this role.

How is your company addressing these new challenges?  Is your HR department in on those conversations?

If the C-Suite is in your sights, or you want to learn how to best effect change in your company, you need to understand the complexities associated with the business to tackle challenges with a progressive approach, make positive changes and stay ahead of the curve.

Join us as we explore this new leadership role and gain insights on how the inaugural SHRM Hawaii HR Executive Leadership Program (HRELP) can help you become the HR leader you want to be.
