His practice also includes collective bargaining negotiations, affirmative action compliance, mediation and arbitration. He provides training to businesses on employment discrimination and preventative personnel practices, including family leave, disability law and sexual harassment. Mr. Knorek is a founding co-editor of the Hawaii Chamber of Commerce's Desk Manual for Employers and its Model Employer Handbook. A SHRM Hawaii board member, he is co-chair of the 2020 legislative committee.
Kalani Morse is an experienced labor and employment attorney at Durrett Lang Morse, LLP. He has spent his career advising and representing clients large and small across a wide variety of industries: litigating civil actions in state and federal courts, handling wrongful termination, harassment, reasonable accommodation, breach of contract, and other employment and commercial litigation claims. He also handles administrative charges, wage and hour claims, labor elections, union grievances and arbitrations, unfair labor practice charges, and administrative and judicial appeals. Kalani currently practices law at the firm of Durrett Lang Morse, LLLP. A SHRM Hawaii board member, he is co-chair of the 2020 state conference committee. He regularly speaks as a guest presenter on labor, employment, and business law matters.
