SHRM AI+HI Specialty Credential

Why AI+HI?

Artificial Intelligence (AI) is changing how work gets done, but Human Intelligence (HI) - our judgment, ethics, empathy, and leadership - remains essential. The AI+HI Specialty Credential helps HR professionals leverage AI responsibly while keeping people at the center of every decision.

Hawai'i Cohort Experience

SHRM Hawaii is proud to be the first SHRM affiliate in the nation to offer the AI+HI Specialty Credential through a local cohort experience. While the credential is developed by SHRM, our program brings Hawai'i's HR community together to learn, collaborate, and support one another throughout the journey.

Whether you're exploring AI for the first time or looking to expand your organization's AI strategy, you'll gain practical knowledge while building connections with HR professionals facing many of the same opportunities and challenges.

Why Learn with SHRM Hawaii?
